Tata Power Solar — tata solar is not giving service

I am mr sharad patil from jalgaon, maharashtra, had bought solar 3 hp pump in august 2019. It is not working from 1 and half month. I have called so many times on help line number but they are just giving falls promises.
I am in frustrated, i am loosing my patience, my crops are burnt lack of water. I want commit suicide.
Tata company will be responsible for that
