Tatkal Ticket — Inconvenience due to ticket not provided after taking payment 5 times on a stretch

Today on 12/02/2015 I had tried to book a tatkal ticket from Kozhikode to Thrissur and 5 times the amount was paid successfully. The ticket was not issued and then it was shown as under maintenance - in tatkal time!

I was unable to book ticket later due to non-availability. Now how will you compensate the inconvenience without your statement of insincere regret.
