Issue: Want my Refund of Rs2358.82 along with compensation (Consumer time and mental disturbance) for unprofessional services of Ticket #560705
In-spite of multiple follow-ups' to get my refund for payment I made to Tax Spanner for services of Tax filing and Tax returns, which they did not provided. When I call at Tax spanner No +[protected] with extension 37 after dialing 2 every time either I got all executives are busy or if someone picks, he says his sir is not available call after1 Hr even when I called after an hour, he said same thing that Pawan sir is not available this happened 4/5 times yesterday afternoon and before that I called more than10 times no response.
The services were not being provided rather it was very unprofessional that tax manager is not able to communicate due to what ever issues.
When I called on Mobile No Mr. Shambu was not audible and not supportive as a Tax consultant Rather; he was always asking to send the Data which I have already sent on 19July'2023 and asking me to check anything Missing.
I do not have time enough so I hired Tax Spanner for services, but it has become a nuisance.
I got call from Mr Pawan's No [protected] on Sunday 23rd July 2023 evening, committing that he as a team lead will get the refund as services are not provided by tax spanner. Though today, 25th July' 2023 at 11:40am again I got call form Mr Pawan's No [protected], he was nice enough to check whether I have received the refund or not. But in vain no refund received till 250pm yet. As per latest communication Mr. Pawan is checking with Accounts team. But since I have to do multiple follow-ups, writing mails daily, and talking for this matter, so I have filed a case for consumer rights.
I have contacted Tax Spanner Chatbot and Live Chat but no help from customer Support.
Being Accenture Employee I paid for the services as recommended Accenture, but the services are unprofessional. Kindly refund My Money ASAP else I will reach Accenture and other Higher authorities for loss of time, Money and energy with TaxSpanner I'm facing.
