Hi,
I requested tax spanner for 2015 tax filing via email support. I informed the team ( I Have all emails related to this communication) that I have Form 16 with zero income and foreign tax returns, tax spanner recommend to file the tax returns as it good. I said ok. They asked me to transfer 569Rs online and i did it. They asked me to check the returns online and confirm, I notice that they have furnished my foregn income. When I asked them to check they asked me to pay Rs2000/- + fee. Its just a shock to me. It seems they had communication issue and didn't see my foreign income details previously. It doesn't make any sense to me to pay Rs2000/- for tax returns. I asked them for refund but nothing happened. Forget about refund, I had to send multiple reminders to get an update on my communications. Its really frustrating and time consuming. I am really surprised with the unprofessional attitude.
