[Resolved] TBUY — No response against the complaint raised for Orbitrek Elite

Booked a complaint with Tbuy customer care on 29th Nov. as the newly purchased Orbitrek Elite is not installed properly. Till date, no one turned up to rectify the problem and when we call customer care, defualt answer is sending service engineer.

I ordered orbitrek elite it reaches us at correct time and now a days i m doing all the days.
