Dear Concern,
We M/s. Vruddhi Engineering Works Limited, Vile Parle West (MUM) had booked the consignment from (AL-13, Bonanza Ind. Estate, Ashok Nagar, Chakravarty Road, Kandivali East) to Bellary, Karnataka.
We had dispatched Machine & Parts LR[protected]th Sept 2023 in good intact which could not reach the customer end in the same condition. They confirmed the breakages of boxes and damaged the wooden packaging and also 3 quantities of Dia, Machine Oil, Machine top side is damage & the Wrenches (screw Pana) is missing out which totally costs all around Rs 50, 000/- which we will debit to your account.
Despite this the major issue we faced the behaviour with your branch people. We were in continues contact with Mr. Sathvir from Kandivali branch and then later on with Bellary branch concern person Mr. MANISH [protected] / [protected] on this number. And this person is pathetic in talking, not informing transport status also when our material reached Hubli Branch on 4th Oct, 23, where they dispatched for Bellary on the same day. And from Bellary it was door delivery (APMC yard, near Bharat Rice mills, Bellary) but they failed to deliver the same. In this case our client self-went to pick the machine on 6th Oct, 23 & found in damage condition. Mr. Manish (Concern person) from Bellary branch had purposely not delivered our product because he was Drunken for 2 days.
When we bring this in his notice that our Machine is damage & few articles are missing, he totally denied and started arguing in very inappropriate way.
So basically, now we want to know is this the right way to deal with the customer and handle the goods because the customers believe the transport services & give business. And the people misbehaving with them, misplace their product, not replying on time and more on.
Because of TCI transport service, we lost our client. So, we need the compensation for the same.
Kindly look into this matter and we hope the positive reply from your end.
