TCL — defective tv not been replaced by the company

There was an offer for TV in Amazon for the brand TCL in which we can buy a 55" (Warranty: APB130789G-0275) UHD TV and a 32" (Warranty: APB134901C0336) HD Ready TV as a bundle offer. We had bought this (Order No:[protected] on[protected] and was delivered to me on[protected] due to some personal reasons and travel abroad We were not able to schedule an installation call immediately. later, we did call TCL for installation and immediately within 48hrs Mr.Murugan from TCL came home to install the TV on[protected]. Since we didn't have Set top box, the 55" Inch TV was tested with internet and it was working fine. The 32" was just powered on and checked by the technician to see if it was working. Later, within a week we were able to arrange a set top box and gave connection to both the TVs. The 55" TV was working fine with no problem meanwhile we found that there were black lines running vertically on our 32" TV when we gave the connection and were shocked to see it as it was a brand new tv and we were using it for the first time. We immediately made a call to TCL customer care and registered a complaint. They said they will repair the TV for us and we were unhappy to get the newly bought TV repaired instead we asked for a replacement for the TV since it was well within warranty and they were the one who had opened the package and installed it and now it seems to be a defective piece. Nobody in the customer care was able to guide us on whom to contact for replacement. They advised us to mail in this regard but there was no proper response for the mail. Whenever we call the customer care and asked to connect to the manager they told us the manager was busy and they will call back which never happened from TCL. They promised us over mail that they will get back to us within 7 to 8 days 25 days ago[protected] still they don't reply us properly but says it is been notified to their service team again and again without any solution. I believe they are a bogus company selling Defective pieces through dealers online. Please help me to claim my rights to replace the TV and they should not repeat this to other customers. They have the worst customer support services.

Hi,

I bought TCL LED model -43P6US on 11th Nov 2018 . But no one come technician person come for installation and demo.

I bought product from Croma Prozone Aurangabad. But they told us Delivery and installation will happen within 3 working days. But nobody responding from their end.
