I purchased 65 inches TCL TV Model 65P715 on 30 Sep 20 from TataCliQ. The display panel went blank on 24 Jul 21 and after the service call, TCL engineer informed that the TV would be replaced. My complaint no IN[protected] dt 25 Jul 21.
I was informed that I would be given replacement TV by 10 Aug 21. However even after FOUR months I didn’t get any intimation or replacement date for my TV. Since Sep 2021, it was informed emailed to me that the replacement TV has already been dispatched. However, till date I haven't received any news of my TV.
Very poor customer response. Even after endless calls, chats and emails, I am still to receive replacement TV. I have also requested that if the particular model have been discontinued or would take more time, then provide my equivalent latest model available or refund me the TV cost.
Please take up shameless TCL for the resolution at the earliest.
