I bought this TCL 43" 43P615 LEDTCL21 TV from PAI International on 05th Dec 2020.
On 25th Dec 2020 with in 20 days display issue accured and the TV was not powering ON.
I raised the Service request on 25th dec, on 26th Dec service Engineer visited and informed that main board is gone.
I called PAI International Customer care and Service engineer explained about the issue to customer care person.
I don't need a repaired faulty TV issued by TCL, I need a replacement or refund since not even 3 weeks completed from the date of purchase.
I did not get a proper response from PAI international, when I tried to call Manjunath from TCL service representative for Karnataka he is not picking the phone at all..
It is horrible experience with TCL TV purchase from PAI international... Was this information helpful? |
