IN[protected] & IN[protected] its beens almost 100days gone still i have not solution for my TV video problem, On Nov 11 2020, I opened service request IN[protected] Then on 29th Nov 2020 They said spare not available and changed the service request for replacement And lead time for replacement is 45 days but i waited for 60 days no solution then the system automatically closed my service request IN[protected] because it exceeded the solution time limit which was told by customer support . And got new service request
IN[protected], But later only i came to know that they cancelled the replacement and raise new request for repai and ask me to wait till end of Feb 2021 .
I dont know how to get my tv problem resolved.
