I purchased a TCL LED TV on 31 Dec 2019 which was delivered on 1.1. 2020. Come October 2020 the TV is not working for which I raised a complaint on 23 Oct bearing and was advised that it Panel is faulty and will be rectified in 2 weeks time. I have the incident/job number too. Now when i call the customer number after 2 weeks, i am advised that the part is not available and I have to wait for further period of 2-3 weeks.
