TCL — tcl led tv panel not working

Hi this omkesh one year back i purchase 43 inches tcl led 4 k after one tv led paneel not working, it's in warranty period i given a complain on 26/09/18, customer care executive said it will resolve in 2 weeks but till now it's not rectify from your end it's taken a time more the 31 days i called to customer care they again saying same thing it will take another one week what should i do can u tell me i also complain to consumer forum, if not possible from you end just tell me i will make it from out side, my registration number is [protected]
