We had purchased a tcl tv one year back. We started having issues with the tv, while watching the tv after few hours the display gets offed. We raised complaint more than 2 to 3 times. The service people tried changing the mother board. Again they told it's issue with display panel and told will revert back n 5 days after ordering new display panel. Been twenty days no responds. And it's been two months since we raised complaint. My registered mobile number is [protected] in the name of g. Charles.. Kindly solve our issues or exchange t with new tv.
