I have purchased 2 TCL tv's with rocku and both have went out the same way within 2 years. The last one I purchased was 1/17/20 and it went out yesterday the same way. Customer support is horrible and the warranty is horrible. I waited on hold 30 minutes to speak with a supervisor. After waiting 30 minutes I was told a supervisor would return my call in 24 hours. I have other flat screen tvs not with TCL and have never had these problems with them going out in 1 year. Was this information helpful? |
