I purchased the tcl 65 4k uitra smart tv through amazon.in order 404 —[protected] dated 28 10 2018. I received the tv vide invoice shyb — 107654 tg-shyb[protected]dated 1-10 2018. Even within six months the motherboard was damaged. After my complaint no in[protected]. And after pursuing the mother board was replaced with another brand iffalcon. Again on complaint the software was changed back to tcl. After few days we find the tv restarting after shut down with remote at irregular intervals without our intervention. The complaint was booked with no[protected]. As nothing happened on 13 th again complained and a no in[protected] was given.. The tv is covered by warranty and why malfunctioning is not rectified so far is not expressing sorr Was this information helpful? |
