I purchased the tcl 4k 43" tv from amazon website on[protected] with 18 months warranty.
Horizontal line started displaying on the middle of the TV on last week of the DEC 2018, hence i raised the complaint and the complaint number is 32027501 & TCL technician came on 26th December 2018 and said that the Display has problem and needs replacement.
The Technician raised a ticket for panel replacement and is approved by the tcl as the TV was under warranty.
From that day i continuously followed up with the customer care but till today[protected] my problem is not solved. the customer care gave service manager no Mr. Suresh - [protected], Rana - [protected], they both said they would get back to us regarding the same, later both stopped receiving the call. Then no more action...
My problem not solved till date and the customer care has no response for the same.
Kindly Help me in getting my work done
