I am writing to discuss a matter regarding my onboarding process at TCS.

Onboarding date for my position has been postponed twice and my first onboarding date was 24 May and i did not get any prior notification or communication from the HR department. And because of this i left my old organisation.

and after i calling so many time ro HR she said what aver date is displaying in portal it will be your onbording date And now i get another date which is 12 July and now after calling to HR she said it is postponed again now what i have to do i already lost my job and TCS not giving proper update to me.

In my Second onboarding date i think that it will not be change and now i am in shock like TCS (MNC) is doing this type of things so how can we trust again on TCS.
