Ordered a Dog ball launcher on 7/27/20 has never arrived. I was charged 14.99 from my debt card the same day.
I notice on 8/20/20 and 8/24/20 they withdrew 12.47 each time and I never place a order for anything. This is fraud. I called my bank and I had to cancel my debit card and the are investigating the charges. Their website is down and my bank said they were out of Michigan but did not supply a phone #

I bought a tennis ball launcher on 7/11/20 for $14.99. Never received a confirmation or the product. Then on 8/19/20 they did a unauthorized recurring withdrawal from my account for $12.47. I did not sign up for anything and definitely nothing to be withdrawn monthly. I’ve notified my bank and they have closed my account and started a fraud case.
