Tdpl — 4 time complained about faulty street light no response.

Dear Tata Power,

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the lack of resolution to an ongoing issue with my electricity service. Despite having filed multiple complaints over the past three months, no action has been taken to rectify the problem.

I am requesting immediate and urgent attention to this matter. Please dispatch a qualified technician to my premises at the earliest possible opportunity to resolve the problem effectively. I am also seeking a clear explanation as to why my previous complaints have not been adequately addressed.

I expect a prompt and thorough response to this complaint, along with a confirmation of the scheduled technician visit. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate my complaint to the appropriate regulatory authorities.
