I have booked a family ticket online for 6 members PNR [protected] on 29th May 2022 for ₹ 8747 as there were only 3 RAC confirmed and rest stays Waiting List after the chart preparation. So for a family of 6 members and 2 children, it is impossible to travel on 3 RAC confirmed tickets. After that I have Filled a TDR request for the CONFIRMED RAC ticket 4 hours before the departure of train. TDR NUMBER[protected] But now the refund status is showing only half the amount, which is ₹ 4050. So where is the refund for my waiting list ticket. If the confirmed ticket is not traveling then the amount of waiting list tickets should be auto-refunded, but they haven't. I am attaching all the screenshots for details. Please help me get my money back. As none of my family members traveled that day.
