TDR Refund — Claim refund amount still pending

I cancelled my trail journey from Delhi to Ludhiana on December 15 2015 and file TDR and on 23 January 2016 showing CR registed but claim amount still not recieved, Cancellation no-[protected], PNR no-[protected]. The reason for filing Tdr is that train is delayed by more than 3 hours. Please do needful for proving my refund. And please also provide status for the processing of refund
