Team HR — delay in pf form status

Hi my name is aparna rasatkar, i have submitted my pf forms to team hr 2month before and i have continually following up with them for my pf status,

They have reverted me always your form have submitted and you will received fund within 1 month, now after 3 month past i have not received my pf money
When i call mr kamles (@ [protected]) from team hr, he told me my pf form has been rejected due to some issue, and told me i will correct the same and resubmit again, i toll him why not give such information to me you always told your form is in process, then he told me i know my duty you not teach me how to work,

Please help on the same
