Teamlease Services Limited — FNF release

My name is Raju Kuril from Pune (Emp ID 1934972). I was working on parole with TeamLease Services Ltd, (from 6 Oct 20 to 9 Jan 21) in Bajaj Housing Finance Ltd. Baner Pune Branch.

I cracked the interview on 5 Oct 2020 in Bajaj Housing Finance Limited, Baner Road Pune which was held by ASM and started working from 6 October 2020.
But my Team Lease joining letter came on 2 November 2020 and my joining date was set from 2 November 2020, so it was one month's petrol and energy waste. They did not even pay 1 month's salary.
The same thing was happened when I joined 1 year ago.

I resigned Bajaj Housing Finance on 8 January 2021 and my manager put up a presenty till 9 January 2021 and released me in 1 day. He did not ask me to serve the 15-days notice period.

But after 45 days, Team Lease was mailed said that the employee had to serve a 15-days notice period. Now there will be a 15-days recovery on the employee.

My manager mailed to them and said that when I did not tell him about the notice period and released in 1 day, than why are you asking about recovery from my executive but no message came from Teamlese and they did not even give my last month's salary.

So in this way they did not give my first month salary and last month salary and also impose recovery

My manager and I mailed many times but there was no response from team lease side.My manager has all the proof in the form of mail.

Please accept my Complaint and do something on this matter.
