I have been informed by HR that I need to pay a recovery amount, and they mentioned that I need to seek approval before proceeding with the payment. Unfortunately, I do not have any documented email regarding this recovery amount. I would like to clarify whether my joining will be confirmed upon payment of the recovery amount. I have already completed one month of training, and I am eager to commence my responsibilities.
Additionally, I have a concern regarding my previous employee ID, JS00871590. When I initially joined the company, I underwent verification without a payslip. I was offered a package of 2.20 lakhs. However, my new employee ID is JS0D101216, and I have been offered a lower salary package. I was informed that I need to share my bank statement to be eligible for the 2.20 lakh package. Otherwise, they mentioned that I would be considered as a fresher candidate. I am unable to comprehend why the RMG team considered my previous package but now I am being denied the same. Furthermore, I do not possess any documented evidence regarding the recovery amount payment and its impact on my joining.
