Tech Mahindra — Forced termination

i recently registered a complain regarding my tl chanchal ray tech mahindra kolkata because he abused me on call and after that what he actually did audited myn old calls around 1 month be fore calls and init zt ot me but they not when i did cause i was a csat champion at that time due to my system issue not able to login and he already said you are unproductive after zt init thè deleted my id without hr discuss and after when i did mail again than hr meet happened again and they have already done internally such an unprofessional behavior tech mahindra Kolkata and when i presented tyhe proof they said not valid full on planed termination

dont join tech mahindra casue they will ruin you mental health and kick you any time due to presonal grudge with any of thier manager nad when i did mail to thier stake holders or directors no reply from their side so please
