I used to work in Tech Mahindra cause of my marriage I resigned, again I applied in Dec 2022 I got selected got my offer letter but couldn't join cause I was trapped in room by my in laws without food, water and any source of contact. TechM team contacted me but I couldn't reply or answer any of the email and calls and they said that you're absconded we can't take you again in our organization though I tried explaining my situation to HR, manager and trainer even I dropped email as well explaining my situation. My colleague Aldo sent email to HR team still they changed my rehire status as NO
I worked very hard in company without taking many leaves though I was sick.
I tried talking many HRs and one of them said me that we can take you again. I shared all details which I have been ask to share by Priya Sharma and I explained everything in detail what all things happened. After completing all the rounds successfully and wasting 3 weeks of time she's saying that I didn't share all the details even I have asked her on call for multiple times and my rehire status is still NO. Am literally crying here and really very disappointed. It might be very small thing for others but it is very huge for me cause it's not that easy to get job in good MNCs without graduation.
