Tech Mahindra — Not getting mcd pension because of incomplete entries made by you

You act as IT service provider to MCD, Delhi. As Incomplete PPO number was mentioned by you, my papers for Pension are not processed further by EDMC. 2 emails were sent by EDMC and about 10 by me at [protected]@mcd.gov.in and provided all details, still my PPO number has not been completely mentioned. "164" at the end in PPO is missing, which need to be included and then to be confirmed to EDMC. My BMID is 95004636 and DDO Id is 99754. Kindly do needful.
