Subject: Complain about my 27 days old thar
I purchased a brand new [Mahindra THAR] from you on 31 jan 2024. While I was driving the car it suddenly stopped in the middle of highway.After so many attempts it was not able to go forward.
I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened and I find the situation very irritating. I had to CALL RSA and tow the car to nearest service station. It was very disappointing.I was in total shock.New cars simply don’t do that.
While I do understand that manufacturing errors do happen, still I can’t comprehend the fact that the car was not tested before handover. This is not the type of product I would have expected from a manufacturer of your size and reputation.
What if this situation comes in near future. Service centre is also not able to find out the problem And they are saying they have to remove many parts from the car to find out what happend. This is very bad for a new car to completely being open because other problems will start coming in near future. This is a very big problem.what if the car give me same problem if I am in off road .Towing truck will also not reach there. After spending 18-20 Lakhs this is what we are getting
I demand [replacement of car, or refund]as well as compensation for the waste of my time and money.
