Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I am resigning from the services as an Associate Customer Support as per our discussion with HR Akriti, TRAINER Suparna Ganguly and AM Pinky Shukla Mam.
Previously it was informed to me that i did not certify and in the meet on 16 Aug 2023 it was informed about the exit through Akriti, Suparna Ganguly and Pinky Shukla and then after having a discussion with all the agents it was informed by Akriti Mam in the meet on 16 August 2023 that she will update by 17 Aug 2023 as she said i am not giving any assurance but did not get any update till 21 Aug 2023 .
Surprisingly now it is informed to me that I got certified as we have fought for you for which I did not have any information that you are fighting for me. Moreover, it is informed to me that TODAY I need to give resignation and also, I was informed about the deduction from my Salary as per Basic Pay which is being forcefully.
On 16 Aug 2023, it was informed to me by HR AKRITI as per the Policy you need to exit because you are not certified and also, she said Your Rehiring will be NO which is nowhere mentioned in the OFFER LETTER and how come your policy changed for me. May I Know Please?
Not only this, firstly I was not certified because of your SME but she guided me wrongly and your SME needs training too because I got the fatal error due to your SME and your QA Tanya is threatening that if it is my hand, I will give FATAL to you guys in each call. Is this a kind of behavior of your Professional QA.
May i know the reason, firstly your HR Akriti said about the exit and now she is saying i am Certified. This is completely a Harassment with an Employee. You cannot do as per you wish. This is not the treatment of an MNC Employee.
The whole Tech Mahindra that you have provided was the worst experience ever to see such type of injustice in any company. If not taken any action regarding the same, I will have to escalate this issue to social media with the help of twitter and various platforms. I do not want any other employee to experience this kind of nuisance.
If there will be a deduction from my salary, I will not accept it. As per your Policy there should not be any deduction as I was not certified. Without any information you cannot hold an employee and please tell me where it is written that you can hold without informing agents and After 15 days that you can certify, Firstly, it should be informed within 24-48 hrs maximum.
Please revert within 24-48 hrs, it's a humble request.
