Tech Mahindra — Request for Service Letter and relieving letter

Hi Team,

This is Sreelatha Kurimella, am an Ex-employee of Mahindra Satyam ltd. my EMP ID :47386 my JOD:07-Aug-2006 My Last day in Satyam :19th Aug, 2010. sorry to reach you so late, recently when i checked my Satyam experience letter, i couldn't find it. Later after checking the emails, it says that we will get the hard copy of the experience letter, but after my resignation and for joining the new company, we have moved to a different city. Could you please help me get my experience letter and relieving letter.
