Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing this letter to express my grievance from company i dealt with in India. I am from Australia but having OCI status due to born in India.
I am director of Sunny Sky Solar which is registered in Australia. I have done agreement with Technians softech private limited on about 24th march 2016 to build website for my company and do Search Engine Optimisation. I was very stressful and shocked to see their bad and unprofessional behaviour. They have put some other company's Term & conditions to my website without changing their name and information to my company which caused a bad reputation for my company. They have failed to do what they promised and wasted my two months also. I tried to call their director named Ms Monica Gandhi so many times but she did not answer my phone call so i warned them to see them personally in their office when i come to India but they don't seems to resolve our dispute. At the end i have decided to close the relationship with them and move to different company to provide me service.
I have requested them to refund my money but they did not bother to all.

I am ready to take whatever legal option is available in India to stop such companies to run scam and take people money.

I also faced this with this company this is highly unethical and unprofessional company.Ms. Monica has very

cleverly ignored our legal notice sent to her. We have taken a legal action against her. These people needs to be

I am also a victim of Technians Softtech they say anything to the client to get the money than dont provide the services agreed upon beware of the fraud company.
