I got the whatsapp message on 9th november from technology work service from [protected] lady name Neha Kashyap for home based formfilling work which i had applied on their site before 2-3 days. After conversation i had send my adhaar card copy and they had send me the login and password on my mail id for work with agreement and terms and conditions. i i need to complete 700 forms in 6 days. i had started the work and was doing my work seriouly but on 5th day my id was blocked when i called the lady then she told me that someone from technical department will call me. then another lady from technical dept called and asked me to deposit 4000/- which will be refunded with my payouts, which i deposited in their given account as it was in the term and condition . But after completion of my work it shows the error that 2 form was summited blank by me so i need to deposit 7000/- more which will also refunded with my payouts but i denied, then that lady started threatening me and bang the phone.
my question is why these company had no contact details on their website where i can contact and talk to them.
i had all the data with me to file a legal case againt the company and their employee. please guide me on ths. Was this information helpful? |
