TechProcess Payment Services Limited (TPSL) — Refund the payment rs 1267.10 inr for non - paid in council of architecture account on[protected] by sbi internet banking

Respected sir,
I am sandip singha has paid rs. 1267.10 inr to sbi account no [protected] of council of architecture for online application in nata conducted by council of architecture on[protected] vide the reference number ig0aetpio7 from my sbi account number [protected] by sbi internet banking by your tpsl payment system.
But at that time for link failure the payment was not completed but rs. 1267.10 inr has been deducted from my sbi account number [protected] at once.
The payment was not succesful.
In nata website there is information about the failure payment, which will be credited to applicants account within 10 working days.
10 working days are completed but rs. 1267.10 inr has not credited yet in my sbi a/c [protected] .
So plese refund the said money to my sbi a/c as soon as possible.
I shall be highly oblighed to you if you kindly refund the money to my sbi a/c [protected] with your kindness.
