Hello sir,
I had played teen patti game in teenpatti gem app, i had won money in that app several times, if my winnings amounts are lesser than 500 they are accepting for withdrawals, but if winnings are more than 1000 they hold withdrawals and making me to cancel withdrawals and loose money by playing,
Since i placed a last withdrawal of Rs.3000 on 17th dec, i will recieve an amount of Rs.2880 after deducting their 4% commission, till now they didnt processed my withdrawal, if i try to reach their customer service they are saying stories,
And no proper customer service is provided, i think its a fake and fraud app,
Please take action against the app,
