[Resolved] Tegdeal — Delivery of wrong products and not refunding it | |||
After reciveing a call from online agent for sale of bedsheets, I was sent the pictures on Wats App. I ordered the 4 bedsheets for 1499 rs.which they said I will recieve and I have to pay first then open parcel. I got the parcel after 3 days and I paid and then when I opened the parcel it was different design nd not the ones I selected. I called them to replace the same they are not responding now. I think they have cheated nd they are saying they have got our contact details from Snapdeal and they are the manufacturers. Was this information helpful? | |||
