Tehali — wrong product received

I ordered lehenga in tehali.com on may 7 th 2018 worth of 860 rupees. but i recieved cheap quality saree which is not even worth of 100 rupees.these people are fraud and cheating people displaying wrong products and attracting customers in their website. They have no customer care number to call and the number which they have given on the courier is not working.

I need my 860 rupees refund.

Please help me out.

Tehali customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by sathya12333 I got a threatening call from tehali.com saying to remove the complaint from this form. number is [protected].
This is undoubtadly a fraud company .please take severe action on them. i have a call recording of them which i can produce upon asking.
These people has no shame in looting customers and upon that they are threatening customers who complained against them to remove the complaint.
I didnt even got my refund back.
Please do needful.

I had ordered a dark green coloured lehnga from tehali but what i recieved was some cheap quality cloth ! I want my money back and if you dont do anything about it, i am going to take a legal action against your company !
