In the early days I put my car at Tejaswi Motors Tata Nexon for service. i am very disappointed with the service and also this is the worst service of my car. And pickup and also my problem is not solved in this service. the distance between my home and Service centre is 100km so how can I manage?
I already explain to the Service Adviser regarding my Car problem, they told that problem is solved, but i found after the general checkup the problem has not been rectified, today morning automatically front side left door has been locked automatically, it was not opening, this is way for the service that your going to give for the customers.
The service centre person should come to me and they should resolve my problem without any cost.
I am very disappointed with your service. I am writing this complaint.
I am really a frustrated customer without any mistake from my side.
