My name is ramana, i live ina village name kuntloor, for giving 3 phase connection line by the line man had a deal for 38k with us, but we didnt trusted him, then he started demanding and seduced us to give money, for thr first installment we given 13k in march 2016 and promised us within 10 days connection will be done, we asked bill then he said i will bring. That was the last date we seen him. After so monay days i started asking him where the connection. By some how we came to know he transfred to other area line man and cheated me. Now he was not giving money and even not giving response too. Please help us. His name is rehman worked previosly in peddamperpet division and now in yacharam division. His contact is[protected].
