Sub : Complain & Request To Correct Electricity Bill # 6421 for the Period 09/08/2016 to 09/09/2016
and to take action to adjust my electricity bills for the past SIX Months.

1. An 3 Phase electrical meter No 034103 was installed in my house which generated higher bills as the meter was running even when all electrical appliances were turned off which clearly suggest that the meter was faulty, then against my request letter Vide No: UBS/ TSSPDC/01/2016 dated 12/08/2016 to the office of A.E. Kompally of TSSPDC the Meter No 034103 was tested by AE / LT Meter/Qutubullapur & after testing the meter was found faulty & accordingly the old Defective Meter No 034103 was replaced on 16/08/2016 with a new meter no.[protected]Copy enclosed at Annexure C)
2. Under Section 57 of Indian electricity rule 1956, TSSPDCL should test the meter of the consumer at least once every five year but the Old Meter no 034103 HPL was not tested for a long time and was declared defective then TSSPDC had to furnish duly authenticated test results to the consumer but to hide the defect, the test report was NOT given to the Customer. As the old meter was found DEFECTIVE & accordingly new meter was replaced 0n 16/08/2016 so supply company TSSPDCL have to take action to adjust my electricity bills for the past SIX Months.
3. Instead of taking action to adjust my Electricity Bill for the Past Six Months as the old meter No 024103 was declared defective as mentioned under above Para, the supply company TSSPDC has generated a wrong Electricity Bill # 6421 on 09/09/2016 at 09:50 am as mentioned below

(No Clue about the absurd calculation logic. The calculation should be Ps – Pv which does not appear to be the case while calculating the above units)
Request you to kindly correct the Electricity Bill # 6421 for the Period 09/08/2016 to 09/09/2016 and to take action to adjust my electricity bills for the past SIX Months.
