I got electricity bill today for 93 days consumption post covid lockdown and the tariff applied is total units accumulated in last 3 months which is very unfair.
Even though i paid monthly bills as assigned to me but still the bill traffic is not divided and higher rate slab is applied leaving me in financial distress adding to lockdown woes and trauma.
Please follow fair practice and divide my bill tarrif per month.
