Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — Illegal Plassing of Transformer on my compound wall

My neighbour has recently constructed an apartment and placed the transformer attaching my common wall.
I have given multiple complaints to GHMC, and they are saying it comes under TSSPDCL.
He has compromised on setbacks, placing the transformer right on my compound. and i wonder how TSSPDCL has have permission.

I kindly request you to kindly look into the matter and take some legal action at the earliest.
