Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — Money debited but bill payment still pending

On 7th May at 4pm, I made the payment of the electricity bill through paytm app. Money got debited from my account but the status shows "bill still pending ".
Kindly solve this issue ASAP.
