Our new villa is in venture Spring Valley near Nizampet water tank, Nizampet Hyderabad We paid 1500 to line man named Pandu who Is based at Pragathi Nagar electricity department for change of name. It’s been 2 months he took money from us oand he has not changed our name in bill and now he has stopped picking our calls and not responding. Please help us.
