Hi Team,

I had a transaction with TSSPDCL on 26MAY2023. I got the message payment unsuccessful. but amount was debited from my account. I called to bank they said money struck at TSSPDCL.

transaction ID: BIL/ONL/[protected]/Southern P/TSSPDCL_YICI190.

Kindly look into this.
