Hi,
I submitted a request for title change in my electricity bill for my newly bought flat on 22/6/2022. The current status is showing as "Complaint Rectified in CSC (Pending at ERO)". Last rectified date is showing as 27/6/2022 and to be rectified is showing as 29/6/2022. Its been more than 10 days and the status hasn't changed yet.
On 8/7/2022, we got the bill for the cycle of 4/6/2022 to 4/7/2022 in the name of the previous owner again. The screenshot of current status and the latest e-bill are attached for reference.
This change in e-bill is necessary for our address proof for other essential IDs and services.
Please do the needful and change the title immediately.
