My Electric meter USC No.[protected] SC No.[protected] I am a resident of Plot No 212, Rayadurg, Khajaguda, Prashant Hills, Hyderabad-08. My house is purely residential. Yet, I am being billed as 'non-domestic commercial category despite several complaints to DE, Kukkatpally. Please change it to 'Domestic' category. I am a retd Army Colonel surviving on defence pension. I am paying huge electric bills for past 1 year under 'Non-domestic, commercial' category.
