[Resolved]  Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — Staff rude behaviour.

Good evening sir,

I am Ashok. Today, while I was on a TSRTC bus, I asked the driver to stop, and he responded disrespectfully by asking, "What is stopping you?" When I asked him to speak respectfully to a passenger, he argued with me and even attempted to physically harm me while using inappropriate language. I reported the incident to the Assistant Manager of the depot, but received no positive response. I am bringing this matter to your attention and requesting an investigation into the behavior of the drivers towards passengers.
