The counters of stamp sales in all sub-registrar offices in telangana are not giving services to the consumers. Every where stamp papers are sold in document writers shops with 100% excess values. Particularly in rangareddy district, no sub - registrar office selling stamp papers in their respective offices. People selling in black market with 100 to 200% excess amounts.
