Telebrands India — agents are looting in the name of biscuit lottery schemes

Hi,
I m from srinagar. The agents of telebrand marketing agency are looting people in the name of biscuits lottery schemes. On 28th may 2019 they come my home in which there is only my mother who is not enough educated. They told her that plz open this biscuit packet which was cost of just 5rs and u got bumper and exiceted offers like led tv, gold chain, cash etc.. But when u open this packet we can't show u what u got until u handover 4000 rupees cash to us. After handover this much of amount to them they handover her a silly induction heater which was just cost of 1500to 2000.

I m just only saying plz help me and got my money returned back.
