The issue is that i have ordered ab king pro platinum. I recd a different product after a long wait. When i contacted the telebrands, they are saying that i have to send them the product back on my cost and then they will send me back the product. That also they will procure first and then send me hence they are not promissing anything. I as a customer is not getting entertained over the phone by the cust care people. I am now getting forced to pay for the courier charges for the mistake they have created. Moreover they haven't given me an invoice from telebrands yet. I ve asked for the soft copy of the invoice but they are delaying the whole process deliberately. Please help me. Was this information helpful? |
